Über Sentience
Sentience ist eine junge politische Non-Profit-Organisation, die die Interessen nicht-menschlicher Tiere in die Mitte der Gesellschaft trägt. Durch institutionelle Veränderungen sorgen wir dafür, dass das Leid nicht-menschlicher Tiere, das vor allem in den Bereichen Landwirtschaft und Ernährung entsteht, möglichst effektiv minimiert wird. Dafür arbeiten wir insbesondere mit den direktdemokratischen Mitteln, die uns in der Schweiz zur Verfügung stehen.

Als Verstärkung für unser junges, motiviertes Team in Zürich suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung nach einer Person, die uns als Operations Manager:in unterstützt.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Spenden- und Mitglieder-CRM (Bexio): Erfassung und Verwaltung aller Zahlungen, Aktualisierung von Adressen.
  • Erstellen und Versenden von Spendenbestätigungen, Mitgliedschaftsrechnungen und Mahnungen.
  • Prozessoptimierungen, Verbesserung der Datenverwaltung und Automatisierungen.
  • Koordination von Druckmaterialien, Merchandise und Versandaktionen.
  • Pflege und Dokumentationen interner Prozesse.
  • Betreuung des Info-Postfachs und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen.
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Operations mit, idealerweise auch in der Mitgliederverwaltung.
  • Du verfügst über eine exakte Arbeitsweise und hast einen Blick fürs Detail.
  • Du denkst strategisch, arbeitest analytisch und bringst Engagement für unsere Mission mit.
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse und konversationssichere Englischkenntnisse. Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und packst Herausforderungen aktiv an.
  • Du bringst eine Start-up-Mentalität mit und scheust dich nicht davor, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
