Stellenbeschreibung

Gestalten Sie die Zukunft der Datenanalyse bei Swiss Medical Network Als Senior Data Scientist sind Sie ein Eckpfeiler unseres Data & Analytics Teams und entwickeln innovative, nachhaltige und datenorientierte Lösungen, um die Gesundheitsversorgung von morgen zu verbessern.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

  1. Strategische Führung: Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Data & Analytics Strategie in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen.
  2. Teamentwicklung: Orientierung, Coaching und Mentoring des Data & Analytics Teams, Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder.
  3. Projektmanagement: Priorisierung, Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Data Analytics Projekten, inkl. Budgetverwaltung, Risikomanagement und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung.
  4. Bedarfsermittlung: In Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Business Analysten fordern Sie die von den Nutzern geäusserten Bedürfnisse heraus, haben eine globale Sicht und schlagen Optimierungslösungen vor.
  5. Anwenderkommunikation: Proaktive Kommunikation mit Anwendern und Stakeholdern, Vermittlung komplexer technischer Konzepte in verständlicher Form, Erfassung und Analyse von Anforderungen.
  6. Weiterentwicklung der Data & Analytics Maturität: Zyklische Analyse des aktuellen Reifegrades der Analytics-Fähigkeiten anhand des HIMSS AMAM Reifegradmodells, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen zur Erreichung der nächsten Reifestufe.
  7. Modellentwicklung und -implementierung: Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von Machine Learning Modellen / LLMs zur Lösung von geschäftlichen Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen, inkl. Modelloptimierung, -überwachung und -dokumentation.
  8. Datenanalyse und -interpretation: Analyse grosser und komplexer Datensätze aus verschiedenen Quellen, Gewinnung von verwertbaren Erkenntnissen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Data-Engineers und Data-Analysts.
  9. Technologiebeobachtung: Beobachtung und Bewertung neuer Technologien und Trends im Bereich Data Analytics und Science, Identifizierung von Innovationspotenzialen für Swiss Medical Network.
  10. Data & Analytics Self-Service: Erarbeitung und Umsetzung eines Self-Service Konzepts, um den Endnutzern mehr Autonomie und Kompetenz zu verschaffen.

Anforderungsprofil:

  1. Masterabschluss oder Promotion in Informatik, Statistik, Mathematik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  2. Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen.
  3. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, statistischen Modellierungsverfahren und Data Mining.
  4. Erfahrung mit Big Data Technologien und der Analyse grosser Datensätze.
  5. Expertise in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von Machine Learning Modellen.
  6. Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  7. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  8. Kenntnisse des HIMSS AMAM Maturity Models und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Analytics-Strategien.
  9. Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen, Kreativität und Problemlösungsfähigkeit.
  10. Selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  11. Kenntnisse der Google Cloud Platform Welt ist ein Plus.
