Ein leistungsfähiges und zuverlässiges IT-Umfeld ist essenziell für den Erfolg eines Unternehmens. In dieser Rolle als Sr Application Specialist übernimmst du Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung von geschäftskritischen Applikationen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern, IT-Teams und externen Softwarelieferanten
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Businessanforderungen, Planung neuer Releases und Durchführung von Tests
  • Optimierung der Applikationen hinsichtlich Betriebsfähigkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Kosteneffizienz
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Service-Level-Agreements und Cyber-Security-Anforderungen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Dokumentationen
  • Teilnahme am 24/7 Pikettdienst

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss in Informatik HF/FH/Uni oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder alternativ als Senior Entwickler/in mit fundierten Kenntnissen im Applikationsbetrieb
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (vorzugsweise Azure) sowie DevOps-Security-Anforderungen
  • Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Programmiersprache (Java oder C#), IT-Architekturen und Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools (z. B. ELK Stack) sowie ITIL-Prozesse (Zertifizierung von Vorteil)
  • Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und analytischem Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
