We are looking for an experienced and creative Product Manager with a strong focus on innovation and strategy and a designer mindset to explore the digital future for On’s direct-to-consumer business. On.com, the On app, and On’s flagship store are available in over 50 countries, with multiple languages and currencies, and serve millions of users each month. This position will be key in exploring new business opportunities, creating new concepts, and rethinking customer journeys through the latest technologies to support On’s growth.

As an Innovation Product Manager within our Digital Team, you’ll drive vision, strategy, and experimentation. Your role is crucial in delivering creative and innovative experiences to our users across all digital touchpoints.

Your mission

– Strategy and Vision Development: Develop and oversee a dynamic product mission, ensuring a strategic roadmap that anticipates future directions.
Lead the generation of innovative concepts leveraging new technologies, insights into recent consumer behavior changes, and upcoming trends
– Consumer Insights and Engagement: Maintain a deep understanding of consumer needs, continuously reimagining the customer journey and engagement points specific to our brand. Design and conduct experiments within the team or through consumer prototypes to validate hypotheses and concepts
– Performance Measurement and Improvement: Embrace a cycle of continuous iteration in concept development that will lead to new ideas that redefine our DTC strategies. Monitor and evaluate the impact of initiatives, celebrating achievements and learning from outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
– Leadership and Collaboration: Rally, inspire and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of creativity, iteration, and innovation. Stay ahead of technological advancements, embodying a spirit of exploration and curiosity to research and integrate novel solutions. Ensure effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders and partners, keeping them informed and engaged in product development

Your story

– You have at least eight years of experience as a Product Manager, Designer, Innovation Manager, Consultant, or Creative professional working directly with engineering and design organizations to create products with demonstrated business impact
– You have experience working with technology teams on digital platforms and services – this could be within an agency, consultancy, direct to consumer brand or digital business
– You are a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of releasing capabilities that solve customer problems and reimagine customer journeys. You love to explore the unknown and develop innovative ideas that create a long-lasting positive impact for customers
– You have exceptional communication skills and can build strong cross-functional relationships across all seniority levels
– You enjoy creating concepts, driving new projects and engagement with the wider teams
– You are fluent in connecting technology with business outcomes using data and can effectively communicate strategy to enable successful execution and delivery
– You are passionate about digital experience and have active knowledge of the latest digital technologies, machine learning, data and analytics, and digital marketing strategies
– You have experience working with Web 3 technologies such as AR, VR, or blockchain and a deep understanding of GenAI capabilities

Meet the team

You will be part of the Digital Innovation stream. The team is responsible for designing and developing new customer-facing digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, content production, UX/UI design, CRM, and user research, to create new concepts that deliver a premium experience. We look for product managers who understand that iterations and innovation are the keys to being successful in the future.
