On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced:

ServiceNow Solutions Architect- contract

Location: Bern / Zurich / Lausanne / Geneva – hybrid (3 days home office / week possible after onboarding process) or remote

Type of employment: 9-month contract with high possibility to extend.

Your responsibilities:

  • Adapt and enhance data models within ServiceNow.
  • Manage domain separation and ensure cross-domain reuse.
  • Automate service instantiation and integrate external automation frameworks and data stores.
  • Develop business service portals using external UX design principles.
  • Create and manage reporting dashboards, particularly for billing and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with business and development teams to analyze new applications and capabilities.
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure smooth requirement transcription.

What do you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented design methods.
  • Experience with microservice architectures, Python programming, and SQL/graph databases.
  • Agile mindset – ability to work self-organized, adapt quickly, and take responsibility.
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environments and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
