Pour soutenir son développement, au sein du département des Ressources Humaines et rattaché au responsable des opérations, nous sommes à la recherche d'un HR Operations Specialist, expert en gestion des temps de travail.

Le HR Operations Specialist intègrera une équipe pleine d'énergie, d'envie et d'expérience dans un contexte de digitalisation, d'optimisation des processus et d'implémentation d'un ERP.

Responsabilités

  • Expert du système de gestion des temps et absences :
  • Extraire, traiter et analyser les données afin de répondre aux besoins du département RH ou du business.
  • Observer et analyser les anomalies dans le but de garantir la fiabilité des données.
  • Traiter manuellement les corrections nécessaires.
  • Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive du système de gestion des temps :
  • Identifier les anomalies récurrentes et définir le besoin d'évolution avec les parties prenantes.
  • Rédiger l'analyse fonctionnelle.
  • Collaborer avec les consultants/développeurs externes pour expliciter certains besoins et valider la solution technique proposée.
  • Réaliser en autonomie des UAT (User Acceptance Test) en environnement test afin de valider la solution en conformité avec l'analyse fonctionnelle.
  • Rédiger une présentation à destination des utilisateurs pour expliquer l'impact des modifications et faciliter la gestion du changement.
  • HR Operations (20%) :
  • Rédiger, selon les délais définis et la qualité attendue, les différents documents en lien avec le cycle de vie de l'employé : contrats, avenants, lettre de fin de contrat, certificats de travail, attestations employeur, attestations chômage, etc.
  • Maintenir à jour les données du personnel dans SAP selon les documents établis.
  • Effectuer les contrôles requis et transmettre les dossiers et documents justificatifs à la paie selon le cycle mensuel défini.
  • Gérer les dossiers du personnel.
  • Animer la session d'onboarding RH des nouveaux collaborateurs et participer aux entretiens de sortie.
  • Répondre aux questions des collaborateurs et soutenir les responsables et HR Business Partners pour l'ensemble des sujets en lien avec l'administration du personnel.
  • Maintenir à jour les tableaux de suivi administratif et tableaux de bord RH.
  • Maintenir à jour le système de gestion du temps de travail.
  • Contribuer à des projets et initiatives visant à l'amélioration continue des processus RH.
  • Soutenir le déploiement de nouveaux outils numériques et processus RH.
Profil
  • Brevet Fédéral de Spécialiste RH.
  • Minimum 4 années d'expériences dans une fonction similaire (domaine industriel un atout).
  • Bonnes connaissances du droit du travail et de CCT.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles.
  • Outils de bureautique MS Office (notamment Excel).
  • Expérience en digitalisation et standardisation/automatisation des processus RH et outils associés.
  • Connaissance de SAP et Horoquartz, un fort atout.
  • Français : courant.
  • Anglais : très bonnes connaissances (écrit, parlé).
  • Allemand : bonnes connaissances (écrit, parlé).
  • Proactif (ve) et force de proposition.
  • Forte orientation client, esprit d'équipe.
  • Dynamisme, curiosité et autonomie.
  • Très bonne organisation et gestion des priorités, flexibilité et adaptabilité.
