Hier sind Sie in Ihrem Element- Sie berechnen und definieren der verfahrenstechnischen Auslegungen der kryogenen Prozesse unserer Kälteanlagen und Verflüssiger für Helium und Wasserstoff.
- Spezifizieren der notwendigen Anlagenkomponenten ist Teil Ihrer Aufgabe.
- Das Ausarbeiten von Regelkonzepten und Erstellen der zugehörigen Funktionspläne; sowie Betreuen der entsprechenden Softwaretests gehört auch zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Sie erstellen das Betriebshandbuch und unterstützen die Inbetriebsetzungstechniker bei Inbetriebsetzungen sowie bei Prüfstands- und Abnahmetests.
- Weiterhin sind Sie der Ansprechpartner bei verfahrenstechnischen Kundenrückfragen.
- Mitwirken bei Entwicklungs- und Vertriebsprojekten.
- Zudem unterstützen Sie das Betriebspersonal bei der Erstinbetriebnahme der Anlage vor Ort.
- Sie verfügen über einen technischen Studienabschluss z.B. als Verfahrensingenieur oder Maschineningenieur.
- Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung (gerne auch als Inbetriebsetzer) im Anlagenbau und/oder der Kryotechnik wünschenswert.
- Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der folgenden Gebiete: Thermodynamik, Process Safety, Turbomaschinen, Schrauben- oder Kolbenkompressoren, Auslegung von Regel- und Sicherheitsventilen, SPS-Programmierung.
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.
- Bereitschaft für wenige mehrmonatige Auslandseinsätze zu Beginn, sowie gelegentliche Auslandeinsätze später.
- Sie sind ein kommunikativer, umsetzungsstarker Teamplayer mit „Macher“-Qualität.
