Job Description

Job Description:

Responsible for software packaging, deployment, log analysis of deployed Client products.

  1. Manage release and deployment using GIT, Jenkins and JIRA, ICE WB, HPSM & Delivery tool.
  2. Adai NB/IR configuration for the builds, Upgrade ADAI environment, customer environments (SIT, UAT, PROD) to a new ACP version.
  3. Interface to local test team, infrastructure service providers and project team.
  4. Manage ICE WB release landscape and perform ICE cut-over and open new streams.
  5. Responsible for ACP release upgrade in customer environments - package and handover to the infra provider for deployments.

Required Skill Set:

Experience in Client tools ADAI, MDM, delivery tool, ssICE WB, stream administration, Client ACP release upgrade.

Certification - ITIL foundation (nice to have)

Min. 5 to 6 years of experience
