Job Description

A day in your future job:

Application Management related tasks:

  1. Responsible for the lifecycle application module: analyzing release notes, interfacing with the business to decide on changes, validating specifications, monitoring development and testing, piloting the go/no go and the production’s go lives, ensuring acceptance and post-delivery documentation;
  2. Enforce the Product Lifecycle Process, including obligations and best practices related to the application (Security, Data Protection, compliance & Regulation, methodology);
  3. Define and monitor the backlog of the application;
  4. Support the business team during “Run”, in coordination with the product team;
  5. Responsible for the relationship with the vendors: managing its release note for adaptive or evolutionary maintenance, bug correction, data correction;
  6. Ensure application ease of use for stakeholders;
  7. Manage financial budgets for both specific projects and day-to-day running;
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any incidents or problems with the product team;
  9. Report on the progress of technical issues to senior managers, end-users, and other stakeholders;
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest software developments;

Compliance specific tasks:

  1. Analyze and document Name Screening requirements, ensuring the effective integration of screening processes within compliance systems and workflows;
  2. Analyze, ensure and maintain the appropriate indicia in the CRM tool to be able to have enough information in the AML Risk Scoring Tool;
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement AML Post-Transactional Analysis scenarios;
  4. Maintain Risk Scoring frameworks, working closely with data teams to ensure accurate modeling and implementation within compliance tools;
  5. Finalize the design of SWIFT Screening processes;
  6. Contribute to Compliance Oversight Activities by gathering requirements and conducting gap analyses;
  7. Assist in the identification and prevention of Market Abuse by analyzing project needs, developing specifications, and supporting the implementation of monitoring solutions;

Qualifications

  1. Degree in computer engineering or a master’s degree;
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience on Compliance topics;
  3. Knowledge of advanced systems methods, analysis, principles, and practices;
  4. Knowledge of modelling principles and tools;
  5. Experience preparing workflow mapping and analysis;
  6. Experience with programming languages, server software, and systems;
  7. Understanding of software development life cycles, systems programming, scripting and DevOps methodology;
  8. Comfort working with teams, clients, and vendors to identify and solve problems;
  9. Leadership, empathy and strong communication skills;
  10. Organized and autonomous in solving problems;
  11. Excellent priority management skills, very good attention to details;
  12. Leadership skills that inspire technical teams to achieve project success;
