Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbereitung von Analysen und Statistiken für die kaufmännische und vertriebliche Geschäftsführung sowie die Gebietsleitung.
  • Unterstützung und Kontrolle zur Optimierung der Lagerbestände.
  • Pflege der Stammdaten und Verbesserung der Datenqualität.
  • Unterstützung bei diversen Datenaufbereitungen (Datenexporte aus den Systemen).
  • Mitarbeit bei Überwachung und Optimierung sämtlicher firmeninterner Prozesse.
  • Effektive Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den erforderlichen internen sowie externen Bereichen und Abteilungen.
  • Aktiver Austausch mit den Mitarbeitenden in den Hörcentern, um Prozesse zu optimieren und Leitungskennzahlen zu verbessern.

Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium (Uni oder Fachhochschule) mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder Informatik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Business Analyst
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch pragmatisches und vernetztes Denken aus
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, selbständig und flexibel und handeln Lösungsorientiert
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Ableitung geschäftsrelevanter Erkenntnisse aus Daten im Kontext der Geschäftsprozesse
  • Stilsichere Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache, sowohl verbal als auch schriftlich
  • Sie haben gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse, vor allem im Excel
