Objectif du poste :

En tant que directeur SAP Finance H/F vous aidez les clients à atteindre leur plein potentiel. L'entreprise accompagne les entreprises dans la gestion de problèmes complexes en offrant des solutions de transformation numérique basées sur SAP, permettant des améliorations opérationnelles et des gains d'efficacité.

Les consultants SAP évaluent les besoins des clients, élaborent des solutions SAP sur mesure et intègrent ces systèmes dans les infrastructures existantes.

Ce que vous apporterez :

  • Votre expérience en transformations numériques SAP : Expérience approfondie en transformations d’entreprises basées sur SAP, que ce soit dans un secteur spécifique ou de manière intersectorielle.
  • Vos compétences en gestion de ventes et d’appels d’offres (RFP) : Capacité à gérer des processus de vente complets pour des clients de moyenne et haute complexité.
  • Interagir avec des dirigeants : Capacité à interagir efficacement avec des cadres dirigeants.
  • Votre maîtrise de SAP, notamment S/4HANA : Expérience avérée dans la configuration SAP, particulièrement S/4HANA.
  • Votre gestion de projets SAP : Opportunité de gérer des projets et des flux de travail dans des transformations SAP globales.
  • Votre contribution à l’expertise SAP de Deloitte : Apport à l’évolution de la pratique SAP mondiale de Deloitte.
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand et l'anglais impérative (français souhaitée pour être opérationnel à Zurich ou à Bâle.)

Profil recherché :

  • Expertise en transformations SAP : Une solide expérience dans des projets de transformation d'entreprise basés sur SAP, idéalement avec des connaissances approfondies en S/4HANA.
  • Compétence avérée pour mener des projets de transformation SAP complexes, en coordonnant divers aspects (conception des processus, solutions humaines, intégration technologique).
  • Capacité à gérer des processus de vente de bout en bout et des appels d'offres, en particulier pour des clients de complexité moyenne à élevée.
  • Communication avec des cadres de haut niveau (CxO)
  • Maîtrise allemand et de l'anglais impérative
  • Expertise en configuration SAP
  • Disponibilité pour travailler à Zurich ou Bâle et, si nécessaire, pour des déplacements en Suisse ou à l'étranger.

Lieu : Zurich ou Bâle, avec flexibilité pour des missions en Suisse ou à l'étranger
