Please visit our website : Job Description Als Teil eines Projektteams übernehmen Sie im Rahmen von Großbauprojekten aus dem Bereich Data Centredie Erstellung und Kontrolle komplexer Terminpläne. Sie behalten die Richtigkeit, Validität und Vollständigkeit der Terminpläne im Blick und erstellen Fortschrittsberichte für das Projekt-Reporting. Sie identifizieren, analysieren und kommunizieren Abweichungen und erarbeiten Vorschläge zur Gegensteuerung. Sie koordinieren interne und externe Terminpläne, bewerten die Vorgehensweise und die Kontrollsysteme und erarbeiten Maßnahmen. Als Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams. Qualifications Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium mit bautechnischer Ausrichtung. Sie bringen ca. 7 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich Projektsteuerung / Project Controls für Industrie oder Data Centre Projekte mit, davon mindestens 5 Jahre spezialisierte Kenntnis in der Terminplanung. Sie überzeugen durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, Zielstrebigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen ebenso wie Spaß an herausfordernden Großprojekten. Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen. Sicherer Umgang mit Primavera (P6) und MS Project.
