We are looking for a specialist regulatory capital (m, f, d) asSpecialist Recovery and Resolution ComplianceAufgabenFurther development and maintenance of the recovery and resolution area and ongoing cooperation with the relevant authoritiesOngoing analysis, evaluation, control, and monitoring of recovery and resolution dataIdentification and evaluation of risks and preparation of ongoing reportsPreparation of reports based on capital, resolution, and recovery planning in accordance with regulatory standardsSupport in developing strategies and formulating recommendations for risk mitigationMonitoring of regulatory changes and support in the development and maintenance of guidelinesMarket surveillance and exchange of best practices between banks to meet changing regulatory requirementsFurther development of the recovery and resolution planning area through automation of well-controlled processes and integration of artificial intelligenceTesting of innovations to ensure that processes function effectively and meet regulatory requirements and expectationsTactical support for departments prior to regulatory auditsSupport for working groups and committeesAd hoc projectsQualifikationBachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or quantitative finance, business law degree also possibleProfessional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, etc. are an advantagePractical experience in group accounting, business risk, or auditing banksFundamental understanding of the requirements for resolution and restructuring planningIdeally, experience with resolution and restructuring plansAnalytical personality with a team orientationQuick comprehensionExperience with agile project management and cross-departmental collaborationPositive, cooperative approach to working with colleagues and customer-oriented attitudeAbility to drive projects forward from concept to implementation and meet deadlinesAbility to effectively multitaskAbility to demonstrate competence in one-on-one and group discussionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsIT flair, proficient with MS OfficeGerman and EnglishPlease send us your documents for an initial contact by e‑mail to contact@coni-partner.com or call us on +41 44 254 90 10.
