HR Operations Payroll Specialist

Tesla is seeking a HR Operations Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR Operations team. With excellent organizational skills, time-planning, and attention to detail, you directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience. Ensuring outstanding levels of service to our internal customers and supporting the ongoing development of our services.

What You'll Do
- Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors.
- Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records.
- Process advance, termination, and other out-of-cycle payments.
- Independently coordinate and liaise with our internal stakeholders and/or external parties (as required).
- Process and monitor garnishment orders and other issues that impact payroll specifications.
- Run, develop, and distribute payroll and HR reports to various stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage relationships with country payroll partners to ensure timely and accurate payments, making recommendations for and implementing process improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Payroll input preparation.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of HRIS and E-Ticketing tool systems a plus.
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks or shift priorities as needed in a fast-changing environment.
- Proven skill at handling stressful issues and interfacing with all levels of the business in a courteous and professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel.
- German and English language skills; both written and spoken.
