German speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for Lisbon office 4 days ago – be among the first 25 applicants Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode – Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 Remuneration: Base salary Duties and Responsibilities Implement optimisation solutions: build campaigns for high-value advertising customers Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level Create reports to support or aid optimisation strategies Use optimisation techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement Requirements Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written.
