Job Description
- Open new securities and financial instruments, including securities, funds, commodities, and treasury (manual and semi-automatic);
- Modify existing values and financial instruments (manual and semi-automatic);
- Close expired, inactive, and zero values and financial instruments (manual);
- Control and monitor securities based on daily, EOM (End of Month), EOY (End of Year), and specific lists;
- Monitor the updating of prices and ensure timely corrections when discrepancies occur;
- Oversee the quality control of information transferred to the database and address inconsistencies proactively;
- Lead process optimization initiatives for securities and financial instruments operations, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing best practices;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational accuracy;
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding the integration of new financial instruments and database updates;
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards;
- Provide strategic input on system enhancements, liaising with IT and external providers to prioritize and implement changes;
- Participate in project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting for initiatives related to securities and financial instrument operations;
Qualifications
- At least a CFC in Banking;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of data tools such as Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, GT Data;
- Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Access a plus;
- Very good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Autonomous, rigorous, trustworthy & stress resistant;
