OverviewPour le compte de notre client, un cabinet international d'audit et de conseil en pleine croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Audit Manager pour renforcer l'équipe basée à Genève. Ce rôle clé combine gestion de mandats variés, encadrement d'équipes et développement de la relation client.Vos missionsSuperviser des mandats d'audit légal et contractuel (PME, ETI, groupes internationaux).Encadrer, former et développer des auditeurs juniors et seniors.Garantir la qualité des travaux et le respect des normes comptables (Swiss GAAP RPC, IFRS; US GAAP un atout).Développer et fidéliser la clientèle existante.Participer à des projets internes et contribuer à l'amélioration continue.Votre profilDiplôme supérieur en finance, comptabilité, économie ou équivalent.Titre reconnu (Brevet fédéral d'expert-comptable, Expert-réviseur agréé, ACA, ACCA, CPA ou équivalent).Expérience confirmée (5-7 ans minimum) en audit financier, acquise en cabinet international ou Big4.Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).Leadership naturel, orientation client et goût du challenge.Nous vous remercions pour votre intérêt et espérons avoir le plaisir d'échanger prochainement avec vous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
