Group Internal Auditor

Aufgaben
  1. Responsible for conducting complex and routine audits in all areas of the group's activities.
  2. When audit lead, responsible for planning and conducting operational or financial audits at a local or global level in accordance with the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Swiss Institute of Internal Auditors (IIAS) based on the IPPF Code of Ethics while maintaining objectivity and independence.
  3. Responsible for taking audit initiatives, meeting deadlines and taking ownership.
  4. Responsible to ensure audit objectives are met and are completed on time.
  5. Identify and examine weaknesses in the processes and verify findings with the controls listed in the manuals as well as analyzing parts of SAP and other functionalities.
  6. Write the audit report for the Head of Internal Audit efficiently and in a focused form.
  7. Based on the results, develop consultative support for the line manager and make recommendations for changes to improve performance and productivity and monitor the changes.
  8. Contributing to the development of the Group's internal audit and its methodology, including the use of innovative technology.
  9. From time to time participation in the audit committee with selected presentations.
  10. Maintaining and expanding the relationship with stakeholders.
Qualifikation
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  2. ACCA, CIA, CFE or CISA mandatory.
  3. Sound professional experience in internal audit in a large multinational company or in a “BigFour”.
  4. Understanding of Internal Control System, and Enterprise Risk Management.
  5. Analytical, independent personality with the ability to take on leadership tasks.
  6. Being diplomatic and persuasive in presenting audit findings and recommendations.
  7. Creative problem solver.
  8. Outgoing and engaging in interpersonal and cooperative working style.
  9. Ability to build rapport and effective working relationships with employees at all organizational and cultural levels.
  10. Self-motivated and resilient.
  11. Delivering results timely and accurately even under pressure.
  12. Willingness to travel 30%.
  13. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
