2 - Summary of the main missions:

• The crew member welcomes and serves the customer, applying the standards and norms of the Burger King brand.
• Informs customers about the different products and promotional offers.
• Takes orders carefully and serves customers at the counter and/or the Drive, adopting a commercial and courteous attitude.
• Participates in home order deliveries as part of “Home Delivery”.
• Assists in the reception and storage of goods.
• Participates in all tasks related to the production and preparation of products (Hamburgers, sandwiches, baking, toaster, fryer, drinks, desserts, etc.).
• Contributes to the cleaning and maintenance of the entire restaurant (kitchen, dining room, changing rooms, toilets, exteriors, utensils, and work materials among others).
• Takes part in the night cleaning of equipment after the restaurant closes.
• Ensures compliance with the standards of hygiene, security, service, and quality attached to the Burger King brand and linked to the fast food business sector.
