Project Manager DCS (80-100%) Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of medium‑size projects in the Automation Energy Industries area across Switzerland and abroad. The role can be performed onsite or in a hybrid model. Your Role and Responsibilities Lead the project team, establish the project execution approach, and oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on‑time financial performance. Identify, qualify, quantify, and manage project risks, ensuring all opportunity costs are captured. Facilitate formal project acceptance, contract close‑out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with contractual terms. Qualifications for the Role Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration with relevant technical skills. Experience in project management or technical team coordination with external customers. 5 years of project‑management experience or 10 years as a lead engineer, willing to develop into a project manager. Strong accountability for the project team and a desire for personal and professional growth within the power generation market. Innovative mindset focused on improving internal execution processes and tools. Fluent in German and English; French is a plus. Valid work permit in Switzerland.
