Für den weiteren Ausbau des Geschäfts in der Schweiz suchen wir Sie für unseren Klienten am Standort im Großraum Winterthur als
Aufgaben- Operative und strategische Verantwortung für Vertrieb und Marketing in der Schweiz
- Leitung der lokalen Niederlassung mit aktuell 5 Mitarbeitern inklusive P&L-Verantwortung
- Proaktive Führung und weiterer Ausbau des Vertriebsteams
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Key Accounts sowie Akquise von Neukunden
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der lokalen Vertriebsstrategie mit dem Ziel des weiteren Ausbaus von Umsatz und Marktanteilen
- Erschließung von Marktpotentialen in der französischsprachigen Schweiz
- Planung und Erreichung der Umsatzziele
- Bericht an die Vertriebsleitung Europa
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik/ Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung in der Schweiz im Umfeld industrieller Antriebs-, Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik mit nachweisbarem Erfolg
- Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Maschinenbaumarktes
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder erkennbare Führungspersönlichkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick und hands-on-Mentalität
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englisch und Französisch-Kenntnisse
