Depuis plusieurs décennies, il se distingue par son sens de l’innovation, sa précision technique et son envergure mondiale.Le rôleEn tant que Responsable Qualité Fournisseurs, vous serez un pilier clé dans le suivi et l’amélioration continue de la qualité tout au long de la chaîne logistique mondiale. Votre mission : faire respecter les standards, accompagner les fournisseurs dans leur montée en compétences et veiller à ce que les processus internes et externes soient alignés avec les exigences clients et les normes internationales.Vos missions principalesDéfinir et piloter la stratégie qualité fournisseurs en lien avec les équipes Qualité, Opérations et Business UnitsMettre en place, suivre et mettre à jour les accords qualité fournisseursGérer les processus SCAR (analyse des causes, actions correctives et préventives)Participer à la sélection, la qualification et la revue des fournisseurs (PPAP, changements de process, etc.)Suivre les KPIs qualité fournisseurs et mener des plans d’améliorationSuperviser les audits fournisseurs selon la norme VDA 6.3 (secteur auto)Être auditeur interne principal : audits, validation des actions correctives, reportingL’environnement de travailVous ferez partie d’une équipe Qualité de 9 personnesCollaboration quotidienne avec les équipes de production et les parties prenantes internesPas de management direct, mais un rôle transversal importantIntégration et formation prévues dès votre arrivée au siègePoste en horaires de journée, du lundi au vendrediLe profil idéalDiplôme d’ingénieur en électronique, microélectronique ou matériaux (master apprécié)5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans la qualité fournisseurs, idéalement en électronique, automobile ou industrieBonne maîtrise des normes : ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 19011À l’aise avec les outils qualité : FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, APQPConnaissance des normes AEC Q100, Jedec, MIL883 et des procédés de fabrication semi-conducteursSolides compétences en gestion de projet, résolution de problèmes et analysesFrançais et anglais courants ; l’allemand est un vrai plusUE/AELE uniquement – aucune procédure de visa ou permis de travail possibleFourchette salariale non négociablePourquoi postuler ?Vous rejoignez un acteur international, avec une vraie vision long termeDes responsabilités concrètes dans les audits, l’amélioration continue et le développement des fournisseursUn environnement où précision, rigueur technique et innovation sont au cœur du quotidienRéelles perspectives d’évolution dans un contexte multiculturel et exigeantSkills: automotive,microelectronics,vda,iso 19011,iso,materials,suppliers,electronics,semiconductor #J-18808-Ljbffr
