To strengthen our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/x) to start asap.

ABOUT THE JOB:

  • You will hold all quality-related responsibilities for daily qualification activities on technical facilities, equipment, and systems.
  • You will facilitate the development, reviews, and releases of qualification documents.
  • You will actively support the formulation and further development of qualification strategies.
  • Ensures that deviations are appropriately investigated and addressed in deviation reports.
  • QA activities follow legislation, authority, and customer expectations.
  • Informs the Group Manager QA Qualification about relevant developments and trends.
  • Actively supports the formulation and further development of qualification strategies and continues to train accordingly.
  • Supports internal audits in accordance with the internal audit plan, at customer audits, and official inspections as QA representative.

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment in QA Qualification and Engineering.
  • You have knowledge on FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ.
  • You are proactive, with good communication skills and can work in a multidisciplinary team towards a common goal.
  • You are fluent in English and ideally you understand and speak some German as well.
  • Beneficial skills: knowledge of SAP, Trackwise, and DMS.

Only applicants with Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship or candidates with an existing and valid residence and work permit in Switzerland will be considered.
