The PositionAls Product Safety Specialist spielst du eine zentrale Rolle in den Bereichen Global Quality & Regulatory, Product Sustainability & Compliance sowie Compliance Operations. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von EH&S-Stammdaten. Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Systemarchitektur und Datenmodellen voran und agierst als Key-User des EH&S-Datenmanagement-Tools. Zudem bist du für die Steuerung globaler Vorfälle und Anfragen im Rahmen des Stammdatenmanagements verantwortlich und übernimmst den 1st-Level-Support.
Berufliche Möglichkeiten:- Verantwortung für die Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von EH&S-Stammdaten entlang des E2E-Prozesses.
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und -integrität, inklusive Monitoring und Reporting.
- Übernahme der Key-User-Rolle für das EH&S-Datenmanagement-Tool, inkl. Anforderungsmanagement und Testfallentwicklung.
- Weiterentwicklung der Systemarchitektur, Prozesse und Datenmodelle im Bereich EH&S-Datenmanagement.
- Steuerung und Bearbeitung globaler Vorfälle und Anfragen als Teil des EH&S-Stammdatenmanagements.
- Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und globalen Teams zur operativen Umsetzung chemikalienregulierender Gesetze.
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Innovationsprojekten und Prozessen zur Verbesserung der globalen EH&S-Datenmanagement-Strategie.
- Abitur oder vergleichbarer Abschluss Berufsausbildung sowie Hochschulstudium der Natur-, Ingenieur- oder Informationswissenschaften oder vergleichbarer Abschluss.
- 7 Jahre Erfahrung in Product Safety Umfeld (Hazard Communication, Material Declaration, Product Stewardship) bzw. EHS Stammdatenmanagement in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Industrie.
- Grundlagekenntnisse in Chemie, sehr gute Kenntnisse in der (globalen) chemikalienregulierenden Gesetzgebung (z.B. REACh, GHS/CLP, Gefahrgut, RoHS, WEEE, California Proposition 65), Affinität zur Handhabung großer Datenmengen; Data Science und Information Management Grundkenntnisse sowie ausgewiesene Kenntnisse im klassischen und/oder agilen Projektmanagement (zB PMI Zertifizierung, SCRUM Master, Product Owner).
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2 level).
- SW: SAP (relevante Module und Transaktionen, Regelwerke), EXCEL/gSheets, Tableau, Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
