En tant que Directeur-trice Artistique / Senior Graphic Designer, vous serez au cœur de notre département créatif, avec pour mission de concevoir des visuels de haute qualité qui répondent aux besoins de nos clients nationaux et internationaux, notamment dans le secteur du luxe. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion et l'inspiration de notre équipe de designers, en assurant la cohérence et la rigueur dans tous nos projets, tout en apportant une attention particulière à la création de campagnes, de branding et à la typographie.

Nous offrons un CDI à 100% dans notre bureau de St-François au centre de Lausanne. Ce que nous recherchons
  • Expérience: Minimum 5+ ans d'expérience en design graphique, avec une expérience significative en tant que designer en agence et une expertise confirmée dans le marché suisse.
  • Compétences techniques: Maîtrise avancée des outils de design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). Connaissance approfondie des techniques d'impression, du design numérique, des principes UX/UI, et une forte passion pour la typographie et le branding. Motion design un plus
  • Vision internationale: Capacité à comprendre et à s'adapter aux différentes cultures et tendances globales, en particulier dans le domaine du luxe.
  • Curiosité: Etre au courant des tendance, capacité à s'adapter aux différents clients et projets, sens aigu de la communication et de la collaboration.
  • Rigueur et détail: Sens du détail exceptionnel, avec une approche méthodique et rigoureuse du travail, notamment dans la création de branding et le design typographique.
  • Langues: Français et Anglais courant indispensable, lesuisse allemand et un grand plus.
Responsabilités
  • Création et conception: Élaborer des concepts visuels percutants, avec un accent particulier sur la création d'identités de marque fortes et cohérentes, adaptées à différents marchés et cultures, tout en respectant les exigences de nos clients de renom, notamment sur le marché suisse et international.
  • Rigueur graphique: Assurer la bonne réalisation des projets, du brief à la livraison, en veillant à la qualité et à la pertinence des visuels produits, avec une passion pour les détails typographiques et le design de luxe.
  • Veille: Suivre les tendances du design, du branding et de la typographie pour maintenir une approche innovante et avant-gardiste dans tous nos projets.
  • Gestion de projet: Coordonner les projets de design, en respectant les délais et les budgets alloués, tout en maintenant une communication fluide avec les autres départements et les clients.
  • Standardisation: Développer et maintenir des standards de qualité élevés dans tous les aspects du design print et digital.
