Your area of responsibility:

  • Lead Compensation & Advanced Compensation Processes: Take full ownership of our compensation processes, ensuring seamless configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
  • Complex Compensation Management: Navigate our sophisticated compensation setup, managing advanced configurations and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
  • Job Architecture Redesign: Play a critical role in a complete overhaul of our job architecture, including grading, job profiles, and career frameworks within Workday.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and key business stakeholders to ensure our compensation strategies align with our organizational goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, leveraging your deep Workday expertise to make meaningful enhancements.

Your strengths:

  • Workday Certification in Compensation / Advanced Compensation (either one a must-have).
  • Hands-on Specialist: A "dye-in-the-wool" compensation and advanced compensation expert with a track record of success managing complex setups.
  • Strong HCM Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of Workday HCM Core, including job architecture, grading, and job profiles.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and solve complex problems related to compensation configurations and processes.
  • Project management: You can run demanding projects alongside your day-to-day responsibilities and manage not to drop a ball.
  • Collaborative and Proactive: A team player who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and who takes initiative to drive projects forward.
