INTRODUCTION : Architecte Cloud Senior Microsoft (H / F) – Genève Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe Cloud, notre client, une société de services IT basée à Genève recherche un Architecte Cloud Senior Microsoft , capable de concevoir et piloter des architectures complexes, notamment pour des projets de longue durée Ce poste est stratégique pour soutenir l'activité et maintenir un haut niveau de qualité. DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION : Vos missions Concevoir et superviser des architectures Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 complexes Mener des projets de transformation cloud d'envergure Assurer un rôle de référent technique sur les choix et orientations technologiques Pilotage technique Encadrer le volet technique des projets, organiser les livrables et les roadmaps Gérer les missions même en absence de chef de projet dédié Audit & conseil Réaliser diagnostics, recommandations et analyses d'impacts techniques Conseiller les clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques sur l'écosystème Microsoft Transmission & encadrement Accompagner la montée en compétences des profils plus juniors Participer à la structuration du pôle cloud dans une logique durable PROFIL ATTENDU : Votre profil Maîtrise approfondie de Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, sécurité, IAM, réseaux Expérience significative (8+ ans) en architecture cloud Certifications appréciées : MCSA, MCSE, TOGAF Solide expérience de projets > 100 jours ou contextes critiques Forte capacité d'adaptation (structure PME, hiérarchie horizontale) Vision architecturale globale et capacité à prendre du recul Aisance en gestion de pression et priorisation Esprit d'équipe, humilité et polyvalence Ce que nous offrons Rejoindre cette entreprise, c'est intégrer une structure à taille humaine où confiance, expertise et convivialité priment sur la hiérarchie.
