Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients basé près de Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche d'un / e

  • Enregistrement des incidents et demandes (téléphones, e-mails, alertes automatiques, etc.)
  • Résolution des incidents et demandes à distance et / ou sur site
  • Création et configuration des comptes d'accès et de messagerie
  • Installation et configuration des postes de travail
  • Configuration des téléphones mobiles
  • Gestion des imprimantes
  • Suivi des activités de maintenance du parc informatique
  • Suivi opérationnel des systèmes de sauvegardes et de monitoring
  • Gestion des commandes ainsi que du stock
  • Participation à divers projets d'évolution du parc informatique
  • Coordination des prestataires externes
  • Déplacements ponctuels entre les sites

Profil recherché :

  • CFC d'informaticien ou titre jugé équivalent
  • 3 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Parfaite maîtrise des environnements Microsoft (Windows, Office 365, Teams)
  • Bonnes connaissances des protocoles et outils de gestion du réseau informatique (DHCP, DNS, TCP / IP, etc.)
  • Permis de conduire et véhicule personnel indispensables
