Temporary contract (permanent possible) / 6 months / as soon as possible Responsibilities Create and manage comprehensive timelines for Data Center construction initiatives Align and consolidate scheduling inputs from subcontractors and vendors to ensure cohesive planning Continuously assess project performance against established milestones and adjust as needed Facilitate on-site planning sessions with subcontractors, including Pull Planning and 3-Week Lookahead meetings Deliver consistent updates to clients, highlighting progress, identifying potential risks, and outlining mitigation strategies Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a closely related discipline Demonstrated expertise in construction scheduling and project oversight, preferably within Data Center environments Skilled in using project planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (preferred) Solid grasp of construction codes, compliance requirements, and safety protocols Fluent in English, with proficiency in key IT tools including Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint Familiarity with Data Center delivery processes, including building services and commissioning, is an asset German is a plus Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Temporary Job Function Business Development and Engineering Industries Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
