En tant que Test Manager, vous serez chargé de piloter et coordonner les activités de test afin de garantir la qualité et la conformité des solutions logicielles avant leur mise en production.

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métier et techniques pour assurer la stabilité et la performance des applications, tout en veillant au respect des normes et des exigences du secteur bancaire.

Vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Définir et mettre en place une stratégie de test alignée avec la vision et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Organiser et superviser les tests en coopération avec les équipes métiers, les développeurs et les partenaires externes lorsque nécessaire.
  • Identifier, analyser et suivre les anomalies grâce aux outils de gestion de bugs.
  • Produire des rapports détaillés sur l'état d'avancement des tests, les performances des solutions testées et les actions correctives à entreprendre.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de développement pour garantir la fiabilité et l'amélioration continue des applications.
  • Participer aux comités projet et proposer des optimisations pour renforcer l'efficacité des processus de test.
  • Contribuer à l'automatisation des tests et à l'optimisation des campagnes de validation.

Profil recherché :

  • Résidence en Suisse requise.
  • Expérience de 5 à 10 ans en tant que Test Manager, idéalement dans un environnement de banque privée.
  • Expertise en méthodologies et outils de test (JIRA, HPQC).
  • Certification ISTQB ou équivalent appréciée.
  • Une connaissance du système bancaire serait un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant, avec des délais contraints.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais obligatoire.
