Sales Support Specialist - Financial Technology Solutions & Payments

Euronet seeks to employ a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to assist and enhance sales operations and administrative functions at our offices in Switzerland.

The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and contribute to a leading multinational financial services company with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist the sales team with contracts, building permit applications, and customer correspondence.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Manage document collection and liaise with authorities regarding approvals and processes.
  • Handle customer and merchant inquiries, providing excellent service and solutions.
  • Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and support with ad hoc projects.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in German and French, both verbal and written. Good command of English language is considered a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the European Union, without the need of any visa sponsorship.
