Das kannst du bewirken
- Du nimmst E-Mails und Telefonate entgegen und leitest sie an die zuständigen Fachverantwortlichen weiter.
- Du prüfst Zutrittsgesuche und unterstützt die Fachstelle Zutrittsmanagement PostFinance.
- Du hilfst bei der Organisation und Administration von Ausbildungen, z. B. durch Offertanfragen, Einholen von Ausbildungsbestätigungen und Ablage.
- Du pflegst Mitarbeiterlisten und Nachweise zu Ausbildungen für Ersthelfende, Einsatzleitgruppenmitglieder und Gebäudesicherheitsbeauftragte.
- Du organisierst und unterstützt Safety-Präventionsmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stellen, wie z. B. dem Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement.
- Du pflegst die elektronische Ablage von Berichten und Dokumenten.
- Du erstellst Präsentationen, Berichte, Protokolle und Auswertungen.

- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Französisch; Italienisch ist ein Plus.
- Organisationstalent und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise sind essenziell.
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
- Kontaktfreude und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, einschließlich Teams.
- Ein ausgeprägtes Flair für die Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten, Protokollen und Auswertungen rundet das Profil ab.
