We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Airfreight Operator (m/f/d) to join our Zurich team as soon as possible. YOUR FUTURE ROLL: Booking with airlines for export and release consignment with cargo handlers for import Establishment of transport documents (AWB, E-dec, PL, invoices) Prepare claims and quotations to customer and network Arrange pick‑up and last mile delivery transportation as per instructions File invoicing, monitoring events and archiving files Daily communication with 4PL, control tower THAT'S WHAT WE WANT: A minimum of 5 years’ experience within international Airfreight transportation Understanding process of Zurich Airport handling agents, import and export Self‑driven, dynamic, with a can‑do attitude and strong team spirit Good written and verbal communication skills in English and German Stress‑resistant and able to handle emergencies Detailed knowledge of the logistics/transportation industry, particularly sea freight Excellent knowledge of Incoterms Familiarity with the local market and understanding of customer requirements WHAT WE OFFER YOU: A collaborative and professional work environment in Switzerland Competitive salary and attractive pension/social benefits Opportunities for growth and development within a leading 3PL logistics company Exposure to challenging and rewarding projects involving international logistics Flexible working hours, including home office possibilities As a global organization, and part of the CMA CGM group, diversity is critical to our business success; only when we can reflect the cultures, languages, attitudes and local knowledge of our customers, can we succeed.
