Description:

Als Global Product Manager (m/w/d) Energieverteilsysteme berichten Sie an den Product Range Manager innerhalb unserer Produktmanagement-Organisation. Die Position ist am Standort in Emmenbrücke (Schweiz) oder Blieskastel (Deutschland) zu besetzen, und Ihre Tätigkeit erfolgt im Rahmen eines unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrages.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Internationale Verantwortung für ein Produktportfolio einer Produktlinie der Hager Group über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
  • Erarbeitung der Produktvision basierend auf Trends- & Technologien im Produktumfeld
  • Erkennen von Markt-, Technik- und Produktentwicklungen im internationalen Umfeld
  • Identifizierung von neuen Kundenbedürfnissen und Anpassung des Sortiments
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Forschung & Entwicklung in Entwicklungsprojekten (Marktanforderungen analysieren, konsolidieren und Produkt- bzw. Lösungsanforderungen definieren)
  • Pflegen von Kontakten zu Kunden und Partnern durch Besuche von Fachmessen etc.
  • Strategische Unterstützung im Road Mapping von Produktportfolios
  • Planung und Umsetzung von strategischen Innovationsprojekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Verkauf in technischen Fragen bei Verkaufsfördermaßnahmen, Messen und Support-Anfragen

Ihr Profil

  • Techniker HF Elektrotechnik bzw. Staatlich geprüfter Elektrotechniker
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Energieverteilsystemen im Schaltschrankbau, Elektroplanung oder als Elektroinstallateur
  • Stilsicheres, verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C2), gute Englischkenntnisse (C1/B2)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Applikationen und einem ERP System
  • Ergänzende Weiter- oder fachspezifische Fortbildungen, wie z.B. BSc/MSc Elektrotechnik, Elektroinstallations- und Sicherheitsexperte, eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder Ähnliches wünschenswert
  • Erste Erfahrungen im agilem Projektmanagement (Jira, Scrum)
