We are a rapidly expanding online company operating in the personal development industry and leadership education. Our services encompass a combination of individual and group coaching, accountability calls, and live and online events.
We are actively seeking to add consultants to our team. Suitable candidates should meet the following criteria:- Possess 5-7 years of current or prior experience in High Ticket Sales, Marketing or Finance, in a company or for yourself.
- Display the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team.
- Possess a thirst for knowledge, consistently seeking opportunities for growth.
- Exhibit a communicative personality, coupled with compassion.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and autonomy.
- Appreciate the freedom to set their own schedule, showcasing excellent time management skills.
- Have the capability to distill complex subjects into easily understandable and applicable information.
- Be open to covering a wide range of topics, even if more specialized in certain areas.
- Enjoy the process of teaching, training, and working both one-on-one and in a team environment.
- Be familiar with technology (basic knowledge of Zoom, social media, and other tech tools).
