Location: Rüegsau, Berne, Switzerland

Position: Permanent

The Order Processing Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the order processing team, ensuring smooth operations from customer order entry to invoicing. This role includes optimising processes, coordinating timely delivery, and managing export formalities to support international clients. The position involves both technical and personnel management, with a focus on export compliance and efficient order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the order processing team, providing both technical and personnel guidance.
• Optimise the order processing workflow in SAP R/3, covering all stages from order entry to invoicing.
• Monitor product availability and coordinate timely domestic and international deliveries.
• Prepare export documentation, including customs paperwork, letters of credit, and A.T.A. Carnets.
• Maintain regular contact with subsidiaries, foreign representatives, freight forwarders, and end customers.
• Oversee replenishment planning and supply specifically for the Austrian market.
• Provide administrative support to Area Sales Managers, including managing country price lists.
• Process postal, courier, and other shipments.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and lead projects to improve order fulfilment performance.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and train and mentor junior team members.

Required Experience:

• Basic commercial training with completed advanced studies in foreign trade or export management (FA certification preferred).
• Extensive experience in export order processing.
• Proven leadership experience and familiarity with project management.
• Proficient in SAP SD and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
