En tant que Business Analyst Trading & Shipping, vous interviendrez sur l’optimisation et l’évolution des systèmes de trading.

Vous serez l’interface entre les équipes métier et IT, garantissant la bonne compréhension et la mise en œuvre des besoins dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.

Responsabilités :

En tant que Business Analyst Trading, vous serez responsable de :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins des utilisateurs.
  • Proposer des optimisations des processus métiers et assurer leur implémentation dans les systèmes IT.
  • Rédiger des spécifications fonctionnelles et assurer le suivi des évolutions des applications.
  • Assurer la cohérence des solutions mises en place avec les contraintes réglementaires et opérationnelles.
  • Participer aux projets d’évolution des outils de trading.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IT pour la mise en œuvre des évolutions et des correctifs.
  • Assurer le suivi des développements et réaliser les tests fonctionnels.
  • Accompagner les utilisateurs dans le déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités (formation, support, documentation).
  • Effectuer des missions de support aux utilisateurs.
Profil :
  • Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst dans un environnement de trading.
  • Expérience en gestion de projet et rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Maîtrise des outils de trading et de gestion des opérations.
  • Excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Forte capacité à communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés (métiers, IT, direction).
  • Esprit d’équipe et orientation résultats.
  • Anglais : Niveau B2 minimum.
  • Français : Courant.
