Equivalent experience is also acceptable for educational requirements like MESManaging GMP-compliant activities, including testing, documentation, and change management using systems such as Kneat and UbikPreparing and updating plant documentation in SAP/COMOS to ensure strict compliance with regulatory standardsDetermining and implementing continuous improvements in equipment and maintenance processes to improve efficiency and reliabilityCollaborating with cross-functional teams to refine internal procedures and achieve optimized workflowsWhat we’re looking for:Equivalent experience in Electrical or System Engineering or a related field, including University Degree or equivalent experience, or vocational education (EFZ, FH, HF, BSc.)Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical plants or the biotech industryProficiency in SAP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), and MES Syncade (Manufacturing Execution System) is highly desirableProficient in English and/or German to competently communicate in our diverse, collaborative environmentFamiliarity with GMP standards and protocols to ensure compliance in a regulated manufacturing settingA self-reliant, trustworthy, and effective working approach that ensures successful completion of tasks and projectsRelocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to our welcoming community in Visp.Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
