  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the CIO / CTO, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage executive schedules & plans, meetings, appointments, travel, logistics and finance matters for executive office.
  • Lead internal communications, creating memos, newsletters, and updates as needed.
  • Organize our town hall meetings "DBT Insights" as well as the Technology Leadership Meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Keep digital and physical files organized for easy access.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

This is what makes you successful

  • Swiss commercial apprenticeship with Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Executive Assistance, or similar.
  • Relevant administrative experience in a digital business or technology teams as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Team Assistant.
  • Strong business communication (English and German) with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences. A good balance of empathy and candor is expected.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced digital business setting, including collaboration with global teams.
