Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Midsize & Enterprise sector

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Use methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social media prospecting, and networking events to generate new leads.
2. Lead Qualification: Evaluate the value of leads to determine their fit for our products or services by asking targeted questions about their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
3. Setting Up Meetings: Schedule demos or meetings for Account Executives (AEs) with qualified leads, working on a ratio of two SDRs to one AE.
4. CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts.
5. Pipeline Creation: Oversee the creation of the sales pipeline until leads are handed over to AEs.
6. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
7. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they address customer pain points.
8. Reporting: Regularly report on your performance and collaborate with managers to enhance results.
9. Sales Collateral Input: Contribute to the development of sales collateral, email sequences, and sales playbooks.
10. Market Research: Conduct research to understand market conditions, competitors, and potential new market segments.
    
    

1. Experience and network in the capture industry
2. Very quick comprehension, fast, accurate and eloquent communicator
3. High work ethics
4. Be able to work fast and accurately under all sorts of pressure
5. Fluent in English and German
6. CRM directed, disciplined work-style
7. Clean criminal record
8. Proven track record of delivering sales results
   
   

1. Experience in HubSpot
2. Fluent in French
3. Experience in selling to regulated companies such as banks and insurance companies
4. Understanding Enterprise Software Cloud Products and its dynamics
5. Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS business development
