KYC Subject Matter Expert - Fixed-term contract 6 months Join HSBC in Switzerland to help evolve and grow our business. Responsibilities Manage all Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) tasks related to customer life‑cycle events, including onboarding, CDD modification, and Periodic & Event‑Driven Reviews (PEDR). Ensure all activities meet legal, regulatory, HSBC policy and procedure requirements (CDD, AML, sanctions). Perform documentation review, KYC/KYT information validation, screening activities, account activity reviews, and event‑triggered due diligence. Deliver consistent operational support to client‑facing teams, maintaining a first‑class client experience. Report to the CLM Production Lead and collaborate with front‑office and stakeholders to enforce requirements and respect business objectives. Qualifications Knowledge of Swiss Private Banking or financial services regulatory compliance, AML, and sanctions. Proven experience in due‑diligence activities, screening, and research. Minimum of a B.A. degree or equivalent work experience. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills. IT proficiency with Excel, Word, Access, Outlook and ability to adapt to new tools.
