Reliability Engineer

In the context of establishing a durable asset reliability framework, for our client in Schaffhausen we recruit a Reliability Engineer to support the existing team on-site.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the overall progress of the asset reliability framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Track and analyse KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and unplanned downtime for all departments.
- Coordinate and hold regular meetings with all reliability engineers to review project status and provide guidance.
- Provide support to the reliability engineering team.
- Evaluate ongoing reliability projects and track advancements to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and establish a long-term reliability roadmap for the site.
- Identify areas of improvement within the asset reliability framework and develop strategies for continuous enhancement.
- Foster a culture of reliability and accountability among reliability engineers.
