Als Digital Solutions Project Manager/in im Segment Fastening Systems trägst du die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Projektmanagement Tools. Vom Hauptsitz in Heerbrugg leitest du Digitalisierungsprojekte in enger Zusammenarbeit externen Partnern und unseren internationalen Marktorganisationen. Start per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung. Your Tasks Internationale Digitalisierungsprojekte leiten und umsetzen Projekte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern identifizieren, planen, umsetzen und zum termingerechten Rollout führen Anforderungen strukturieren, Roadmaps pflegen und Fortschritt sowie Risiken transparent berichten Projektmanagement Tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.) weiterentwickeln und administrieren Kleinere Entwicklungsaufgaben und Systemoptimierungen eigenständig umsetzen Internationale Teams beim Einführen neuer Funktionen und Arbeitsabläufe befähigen durch Onboarding, Schulungen und Support Qualität, Sicherheit und Compliance über den gesamten Lebenszyklus sicherstellen – in enger Abstimmung mit Group IT Your profile Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbar Erfahrung in der Programmierung, Azure Kenntnisse von Vorteil Praxiserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Softwareprojekten und Jira/Confluence Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, Datenschutz & sicheren Entwicklungspraktiken von Vorteil Kommunikationsstark im Stakeholder-Management Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch von Vorteil Reisebereitschaft 20 bis 30% We offer Sechs Wochen Ferien & zusätzlicher Ferienkauf möglich Jährliche Erfolgsbeteiligung Eigene gesunde Pensionskasse mit individuellen Sparplänen Interne Weiterbildungskurse & Unterstützung von externen Weiterbildungen Personalrestaurant mit attraktiven Preisen Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management and Information Technology Fabricated Metal Products Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SFS Group by 2x.
