Visit www.perk.com to learn more.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs a Lead Solutions Consultant at Perk, you will serve as a technical expert within our solution consulting organization, driving technical excellence in fast-moving sales cycles in a dynamic sales environment. You will lead or support key pursuits, help define best practices, mentor junior team members, and act as a conduit to our product organization.You are a practitioner and expert in spend management technology, financial processes, and complex enterprise IT landscapes. This role is for a professional who has the proven ability to sell value effectively.What You’ll DoTechnical Leadership: Create scalable solutions and provide guidance on solution architecture, often involving integrations with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics BC, F&O, etc. Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, and guide clients through the full solution lifecycle (design, integration, adoption).Solution Design: Translate complex business requirements into technical design and architecture for Perk’s spend management solution.Team Mentorship: Lead onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of Solutions Consultants; conduct whiteboarding sessions to elevate technical acumen and sales skills.Enterprise Architecture Expertise: Maintain knowledge of complex enterprise IT landscapes, including on-premise vs. cloud ERP, security protocols, and API strategies; act as internal SME on the most complex ERP integrations (e.g., SAP or Oracle deployments going across multiple subsidiaries).What You’ll BringExperience: 7-10 years in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for complex B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring capacity. Tier-1 System Integrator background with solution architecture experience is a plus.Domain Experience: Understanding of enterprise accounting processes, global financial controls, and shared service center operations.
