Conception, development, maintenance, evolution, testing, and documentation of the next generation software solutions that support the business of major sporting events like the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, or World Cups.

Ensure the highest quality and reliability of the software produced.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing high-level specifications and best practices for the team.
  2. Mentoring and coaching developers by proactively looking for opportunities to increase their skills, acting as a technical leader within the team.
  3. Ensuring engineering maturity and quality control.
  4. Leading and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement while creating a safe environment for developers to experiment with radical and high-risk changes.
