Senior Sachbearbeiter/in BackOffice (100%, m/w/d) – Air Liquide Company CARBAGAS AG, a company of the Air Liquide Group, produces and supplies high-quality gasses for industrial and medical applications among others. In parallel, the company develops and settles tailored gas systems in technical terms. Responsibilities Process management and optimisation: responsible for the management of the customer database in systems such as SAP and Salesforce, drive continuous process improvement and develop strategies to optimise operational procedures. Expertise in invoicing and accounting: strategically manage invoicing, including credit management, and support monthly closings. Complex problem solving: independently handle customer inquiries (telephone and written), complaints and difficult situations, find efficient solutions and act as the primary contact. Strategic collaboration: work closely with sales teams and other departments to ensure smooth coordination, clear information flow, and support team colleagues. Proactive task management: maintain the backlog and administrative tasks to ensure a well‑organised, high‑performing back‑office. Qualifications Independence and responsibility: manage workload independently, set priorities and act proactively. Technical expertise: excellent command of relevant IT systems, especially SAP and Salesforce. Excellent social skills: adapt communication to interlocutors, communicate clearly, and defuse tense situations with calmness and problem‑solving competence. Analytical and communicative strength: summarise complex information and present clearly, and suggest improvements based on analysis. Teamplayer mentality: share knowledge, support colleagues.
