Your Responsibilities:
  1. Answering technical questions (orally and in writing)
  2. Accompanying installation and commissioning
  3. Supporting and advising our customers in the field of photovoltaics and emergency power systems (with innovative and technical products)
  4. Supporting the sales team in customer training
  5. Creating technical documents for our devices
Requirements

Your profile:

  1. Technical training with basic knowledge of electrical engineering
  2. Knowledge of electronics and IT is an advantage
  3. Sociable
  4. Technically savvy and curious
  5. Language skills: German (native) and French & English are advantages
  6. Team player with a willingness to learn
  7. Availability to travel in Switzerland
