Job Title: Telefonistin Outbound (50 - 100% möglich, m/w/d)

Responsibilities:
  1. Sie nehmen telefonischen Kontakt zu potentiellen Kunden auf (kein Telefonverkauf).
  2. Dabei vereinbaren Sie Termine für die Verkaufsberater im Außendienst.
  3. Zudem leiten Sie Kundenanfragen weiter und überwachen diese.
  4. Sie helfen auch bei der Optimierung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit.
  5. Das Arbeitspensum kann, je nach Wunsch, zwischen 50 und 100% betragen.
Requirements:
  1. Sie verfügen idealerweise über eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel / Verkauf oder als Kauffrau / Kaufmann.
  2. Wenn Sie Praxis im Bereich Call Center Telemarketing mitbringen, dann ist auch eine andere Ausbildung möglich.
  3. Schweizerdeutsch und sehr gutes Hochdeutsch ist ein Muss.
  4. Des Weiteren haben Sie Freude daran, Menschen mit Dienstleistungen rund um das Thema Freizeit zu begeistern.
  5. Bezeichnen Sie sich zudem als einfühlsam, überlegt vorgehend und kundenorientiert?
