About the Role

As CEO, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, scaling operations, and expanding market presence while ensuring the company remains a leader in the DeFi and asset management space. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a growth strategy to scale the business.
  • DeFi & Asset Management Expertise: Lead innovation in DeFi products, trading, and digital asset management.
  • Commercial Growth: Identify and pursue new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
  • Investor Relations: Engage with investors, regulators, and key stakeholders to drive confidence and long-term success.
  • Team Leadership: Build and inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven CEO or executive leadership experience
  • Deep knowledge of DeFi, lending, trading, and digital asset management.
  • A track record of scaling businesses from early-stage to high-growth.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in partnerships, fundraising, and expansion.
