Join our dynamic Data Analytics team and play a key role in driving insights, efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Sygnum. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will work closely with the Group’s Head of Data Analytics, contributing to impactful projects that shape our business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly established central Data Analytics team within the CEO Office, where your work will help power data-driven decisions across the organization. In this role, you will:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven insights
- Create BI solutions, including automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations for various functions across Sygnum
- Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Perform statistical analyses, identify trends in data, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking measures
- Contribute to establishing a state-of-the-art management information system (MIS) that drives data-driven decision-making processes
- Handle ad-hoc data requests and develop advanced BI deliverables, such as predictive models

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and accuracy, data-driven mindset.
- Experience in database management, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and machine learning.
- Master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming and data querying techniques (SQL, DAX, Python/R), understanding of machine learning and statistical analysis, as well as familiarity with data visualization tools (especially Power BI).
- Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
